Inside offers a HUGE gourmet kitchen, tons of seating, also bathrooms and TV's in every bedroom. Oh did I mention, there is even an ELEVATOR! Located in a gated community close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment including Legend's Golf Course and local wineries! PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development.
Features:
This is a 3 Story House with Boat Lift and access to WiFi throughout the home.
Level 1 - Garage, has a door to access the outdoor entertainment area including the pool and a ½ bath. The elevator is also located in the garage for easy access. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with lounge chairs to relax poolside. This level also has a propane BBQ Grill ready for your cookout. From here there is a gate that will take you down to the boat lift.
Level 2 - Access via elevator, stairs on the right side of the house, or spiral staircase located near the pool. On this level you will find the full kitchen, living room, laundry room available for all guests, and a full bathroom.
Level 3 - Access via elevator or stairs inside the home. All of the bedrooms are located on this level.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Master with 1 King bed en-suite bathroom, and access to outdoor patio - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 - Twin over Full Bunk with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 3
• Couch in main living room makes into a bed - Sleeps 2
We are available by email, phone, or can be available in person if need be.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
NO more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules, parking is located directly across the street from the property.
Trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood with pre-approval and given the access code, absolutely no trailer parking anywhere else. Any trailers parked in the non-designated lot and space will be subjected to tow.
Additional Fee to heat the pool is $100 per reservation
