This home includes a private pool that can also be heated and a dedicated outdoor entertainment level equipped with outdoor kitchen, wet bar and a Recteq pellet grill and it's own half bathroom. Access the second and 3rd story of the home by private elevator making easy to maneuver throughout the home! Inside you will find a state of the art gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining space along with it's own patio for outdoor dining complete with a propane grill and a view! Head to the third floor and check out each of the 3 bedrooms with king beds which include their own en-suite bathrooms. There are also built in bunk beds perfect for your kids!
PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development.
Features:
This is a 3 Story House with private pool and access to WiFi throughout the home.
Level 1 - The entrance is on the left side of the home with direct access the outdoor entertainment area including the pool and outdoor kitchen. Once inside the door you will pass the elevator for easy access to all levels of the home or a staircase will be directly in front of you. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 4 along with the deck to relax poolside. This level also has a Recteq Pellet grill ready for your cookout and a flat screen TV. From here there is a gate on the same side as the main entrance that lead you down to the lake.
Level 2 - Access via elevator, On this level you will find the full kitchen, living room, laundry room available for all guests, and a half bathroom. Plus a large patio with an outdoor dining table, propane grill and TV!
Level 3 - Access via elevator or stairs inside the home. All 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on this level. Plus added built in bunk beds for extra sleeping space!
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Master with King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower & soaking tub, plus access to private patio - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: King Bed with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 - King Bed with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 2
• There are 2 built in Twin Bunk Beds - Sleeps 2

NO PETS ALLOWED!
NO more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules, parking is located across the street from the property. This house can fit 2 cars in the garage and the other car must be in the overflow parking area. Trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood with pre-approval and given the access code, absolutely no trailer parking anywhere else. Any trailers parked in the non-designated lot and space will be subjected to tow.

This pool uses a heat pump. Heat pumps capture heat from the surrounding air to heat the pool water. The pumps are designed to raise the temperature of a pool up to the ideal swimming range, between 78 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit and can take between 24-72 hours to reach max temperature.
