The complimentary covered boat dock with lift (up to 6000lbs) also features an upper sun deck perfect for entertaining and a lower platform to swim or fish from. This home is dog friendly and includes a fenced yard. If that's not enough you can take out one of the three kayaks provided to our guests. Inside you will find board games, TV's, Foosball Table, and a Shuffle Board Table. Plenty of things to do to keep anyone happy! Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants. *Please note the hot tub is under repairs and not available at this time.

This property is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and a $100 per pet fee. We also require a signed pet agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccination records.
